  § Improve PR and community awareness

  o Test with PTA Kick Off
  o If attended, have Asst. Superintendent forum at night in spring
• Leadership
§ Add Position on Board responsible for Council Delegates
o Have accountability for Council Delegates
§ Plans of Work focus is more than routine
o Year End Review focus by Council board for improvement
§ Increase use of committees with people outside of council

The Irving ISD Council of PTAs regular meetings are held at the Administration Building located at 2621 W. Airport Freeway, Irving, Texas 75062. The meetings begin promptly at 9:00 am, please arrive early for refreshments. Park behind the building and enter through the rear doors with the large awning. We will be meeting in Training Rooms 1 and 2, located upstairs.
